These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) create a contract between you and The American Design Club (“The American Design Club”, “we”, “our”). By accessing and using (“Site”), you signify your agreement to all of the following Terms. Please take a moment to read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.
We may, in our sole discretion, make changes to these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of our Site will be deemed acceptance thereof.

We at The American Design Club know that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. By visiting or using the, and any other features, content, or any other services we offer from time to time by in connection therewith (collectively, the “Site”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.
I. Privacy policy coverage
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

The information we gather from customers enables us to personalize and improve our services. We collect the following types of information from our customers:
A. Personal Information You Provide to Us:
We receive and store any information you provide to us whether by registering to receive e-mail newsletters or placing a product order. The types of Personal Information collected may include your name, email address, zip code, address, age, and/or phone number. We use a third party service provider to process payment transactions. We do not collect, store or otherwise have access to credit card information. Our payment processor is presently Shopify. You should review its Privacy Policy to ensure that you are comfortable with its use and disclosure of your information.
B. Information Collected Automatically:
Whenever you interact with our Site, we may automatically receive and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, “cookie” information, and the page you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your computer through your browser that allow us to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser to prevent or limit your computer’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of certain Site features. Our advertising partners may also transmit cookies to your computer, when you click on ads that appear on our site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. When we collect usage information (such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site), we only use this data in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. For example, this aggregate data tells us how often customers use parts of the Site, so that we can make the Site appealing to as many users as possible.
C. E-mail Communications:
You may sign up to receive periodic emails from us. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. If you would like to stop receiving email or other mail from us, please indicate your preference by sending us an email at

We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. It is solely used to correctly and fully process your order, as well as to provide you with periodic email updates about the Site and our products which you are free to opt out of at any time.

All credit card information is processed by Stripe. We believe that they appropriately protect your information but you should review their practices at We endeavor to protect the privacy of your Personal Information we hold in our records, but we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. The Site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site you should read that site’s privacy policy.
V. Changes to this privacy policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when you use the Site after such changes have been first posted.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted. You will receive an email when your item is shipped.

Shipping Policy

Please allow at least 2 weeks for shipments. If you need something shipped faster than that please select a faster shipping method or contact The American Design Club to discuss specific details.
Changing/Canceling Orders - Please notify The American Design Club as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order. Once an order is packaged, you are no longer able to modify your order. 
 You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry.
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color, etc, and then we'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished.

 Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.
We ship international orders via USPS or UPS. All packages are subject to inspection by your countries customs officials. This inspection can delay the arrival time of your package. Tracking for international packages is only available until the package leaves the United States. If you would like better tracking please contact The American Design Club directly for a quote. Be sure to provide a complete shipping address, phone number, and a list of items you'd like us to ship to you. You will be subject to the duties and taxes dictated up by your country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved by The American Design Club. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 10 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
All custom, international, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
