The Puzzle Group

As sisters with a shared passion for self-care, we have spent nearly two decades exploring products, practices, and habits to support our physical and mental health. Overwhelmed by the complexity of the self-care industry, we found that small, realistic habits (like double-cleansing, walking, and deep breathing) have the biggest impact.

As we got older, we started to notice shifts in some of our mental processes, like shorter attention spans, small memory lapses, and difficulty focusing. We also started to notice that our carefully curated self-care rituals did not address these aspects of our health. Frustrated by the lack of resources and conversation around brain health and cognitive function geared toward our demographic, we did our own research. Quickly, we found a simple solution: puzzles.

Puzzles keep neural pathways active, they improve cognitive function, and they are easy to incorporate into already busy lives. However, existing puzzle books felt outdated and uninspired, and they did not look good on our desks or in our bags. Virtual puzzles weren’t an option either; we already spend too much time on screens. So… we created something better.

After a year of research, we published our first puzzle book. This book is designed to prioritize brain health in a way that’s effective, modern, relevant, and aesthetically pleasing. We want to expand the conversation around self care to include caring for your brain, and your cognitive function - it’s not just a product, it’s a movement.

We invite you to join us on this journey as we talk and learn more about our brains, together
